Can I purchase this service for my parent or loved one?

Yes! Many of our clients are adult children purchasing on behalf of their parents. We’ll make sure your loved one is cared for, with updates and communication as needed.

Is there a fee for using Silver & Sage’s matching services?

No—our matching service is completely complimentary. We’re committed to helping you find the best local care without additional stress or cost. Providers may compensate us only if and when you choose to use their services, ensuring our recommendations stay impartial and focused on your needs.

What types of home care providers do you match clients with?

We connect you with a variety of carefully vetted providers, including non-medical home care (for daily assistance, companionship, errands), medical home care (for nursing or clinical support), and specialty services depending on your requirements.

Can I choose a different provider if I’m not satisfied with the initial match?

Typically, we can arrange personalized recommendations and introductions within just a week of your consultation, often even sooner. We prioritize your comfort and convenience, ensuring you or your loved one gets timely, trusted care.

What kind of in-home care do you provide?

Our trained caregivers support seniors with daily living activities such as meal prep, light housekeeping, personal care, medication reminders, and companionship. Our focus is on comfort, dignity, and connection.

Do I need a doctor’s referral to use your services?

No. You can reach out to us directly. We’ll help determine what level of support is right for you or your loved one, and there’s no obligation to start.

Are your caregivers trained and background checked?

Yes. All of our caregivers go through a rigorous interview and screening process, including background checks, and are trained in senior support and safety. You’ll always know who is coming to your home.

Is there a minimum number of hours per visit?

Yes, we have a 4-hour minimum per visit. We also offer flexible blocks of time that can be used throughout the month.
